Joining My Lucky Day is quick and easy. Simply visit our website and select the membership option that suits you best. Once you complete the sign-up form and payment, you’ll receive access to your member dashboard. From there, you can view your membership benefits, track your entries into eligible promotions, and stay informed about upcoming giveaways and exclusive member offers.

As a My Lucky Day member, you’ll enjoy access to exclusive partner discounts, savings on My Lucky Day merchandise, and invitations to selected events. Gold members receive additional perks such as birthday bonuses and more. From time to time, we also run surprise promotions exclusively for our member community. Automatic entries into our monthly giveaways are included based on your membership tier.

Yes, at My Lucky Day, there are no lock-in contracts. You’re free to cancel your membership at any time.To cancel, simply log in to your account via the My Lucky Day website and go to your membership settings. From there, you can manage or cancel your subscription.Important: To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to your next payment date.

Yes. To become a My Lucky Day member, you must be 18 years or older and a resident of Victoria or Queensland, Australia. Membership provides access to exclusive partner discounts, special offers, and entry into eligible giveaways. Terms and conditions apply.

To update your payment details, simply log in to your member dashboard at myluckyday.com.au, navigate to the “Payment Details” section, and enter your updated information. There are two easy ways to participate in My Lucky Day giveaways, which are open to eligible residents of Victoria and Queensland aged 18 and over:

1. Become a Member – By joining as a Silver or Gold Member, you’ll receive automatic free entries into our monthly giveaway draws as part of your membership benefits. Members also enjoy access to discounts on merchandise, partner offers, early promotion alerts, and other perks. The number of entries and extras depend on your membership tier.

2. Purchase a Once-Off Pass – Not ready to sign up for a full membership? Our $19.99 Once-Off Pass includes:

  • One automatic free entry into the current month’s giveaway draw
  • 15% off My Lucky Day merchandise
  • 15% access to partner discounts (valid for 30 days)

My Lucky Day giveaways are open to residents of Victoria and Queensland who are aged 18 years or over. Eligible participants can enter by either:

  • Becoming a Member – Active members receive automatic free entries into our monthly draws based on their membership tier (Silver or Gold), along with access to additional benefits.
  • Purchasing a Once-Off Pass – If you’re not a member, you can still participate by purchasing a Once-Off Pass via our website, which includes a free automatic entry into the current draw and access to select discounts.

All My Lucky Day giveaways are conducted using a random electronic number generator to ensure fairness and transparency. Each valid entry is assigned a number, and winners are drawn at random at the end of the competition period.

Active members receive automatic entries based on their membership tier, and participants may also gain entries by purchasing a Once-Off Pass or eligible merchandise.

Winners are notified by email within 7 days of the draw and are also published on our website and social media channels, in line with our Competition Terms and Conditions.

All My Lucky Day draw dates are published on our official website. We also provide regular updates and reminders via our social media platforms.

When you sign up to My Lucky Day, you’ll provide your contact details – and if you win, we’ll use that information to get in touch.

All giveaways’ winners are contacted directly by phone on the draw date. If we’re unable to reach you immediately, we’ll follow up with an SMS and attempt a second call within 24 hours.

Important: My Lucky Day will never ask you to click on unsolicited links or confirm personal information via social media messages. If you receive a suspicious message claiming you’ve won, please block and report it. All legitimate winner notifications will come directly from us.

If you win a cash prize, the funds will be transferred directly to your nominated Australian bank account. For physical prizes, they will be delivered either by a My Lucky Day team member or via a trusted courier to your nominated address, at our discretion.

We aim to deliver all prizes within 28 business days of the draw. Delivery is free of charge; however, any additional taxes, duties, or transfer costs remain the responsibility of the winner. Please ensure your contact and delivery details are up to date to avoid delays.

Accessing discounts is simple! When you become a My Lucky Day member or purchase a Once-Off Pass, you’ll receive login details to access your Member Portal.

Inside the portal, head to the Discounts section to explore a range of exclusive member-only and limited-time partner offers. These include product and service discounts available as part of your selected membership or Once-Off package. Keep an eye on your email too – we’ll send you updates when new offers become available.
